How many concepts do I get?

The package includes 2 layout concepts and 2 stylistic directions. You pick one and we develop the full project from there. Additional concepts are agreed separately.

How many revisions are included?

Unlimited revisions within the chosen concept during the layout and sketch stages. After 3D visualisation is approved — up to 2 free revision rounds, hourly after that.

Do you source furniture and materials or only design?

Both. The 'Full design project' package is documentation and specs only. The 'Project + designer supervision' package includes help with wholesale sourcing and delivery oversight.

Do you help with layout approval?

Yes. We prepare documents for the authorities and the management company, and run the approval from submission to permit. Approval cost is a separate line item.

What is designer supervision and why do I need it?

The designer visits the site weekly to ensure the project is being built as designed. We adjust on-site decisions, talk to the foreman, and prevent costly rework.

How long does the design project take?

Visualisation — 2–3 weeks. Full design project — 4–6 weeks. Project with designer supervision — 6 weeks plus the full renovation period. Clear checkpoints at each stage.

What if I don't like the first concept?

We show 2 concepts with different logic — that's built into the package. If neither fits, we do a third at no charge. Our goal is for you to be happy, not just to sign off.

How is the design project price calculated?

Price is fixed per square metre by package. All drawings, visualisations and specs are included — no 'extra sheet' charges. Designer supervision is a separate package.
