What if upstairs neighbours flood us?

The fabric holds up to 100 litres of water per square metre. We carefully drain the water via the technical edge and dry the fabric — the ceiling looks brand new, no reinstall needed.

Is there an odour after installation?

PVC ceilings air out in 1–2 days with normal ventilation. Fabric ceilings are odour-free from day one — suitable for allergy sufferers and families with small children.

How much ceiling height is lost?

At least 3 cm for a single-level ceiling, up to 10 cm if perimeter lighting or a multi-level design is planned. We calculate exactly at the on-site measurement.

How long does installation take?

From 1 hour for a small room to 4 hours for a medium-sized apartment. Large properties with multi-level ceilings — 1–2 days with breaks.

Do I need to move furniture out?

No. We cover furniture with protective film and work over the top. The only exception is heavy chandeliers — we remove them beforehand and reinstall at the end.

Can the ceiling be cleaned?

Yes. Use a soft cloth and a normal soapy solution without abrasives. Glossy ceilings are best dried with a soft cloth to avoid streaks.

Is it safe for children?

All our fabrics are certified to GOST 33083-2014. After full airing (48 hours) the materials don't emit harmful substances — safe for kids' rooms and bedrooms.

What does the 10-year warranty cover?

The fabric, seams, mounts and the installation work. In the first year — free re-tensioning, free master visit for factory defects. Warranty document issued on project handover.
